钟翠萍，主任医师，主任，解放军联勤第九四〇医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科，（专业型和学术型）硕士研究生导师。“军队优秀技术人才”一类津贴获得者，中国医师协会“优秀青年医师奖”获得者, 中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会首届“爱耳杯”青年医师知识竞赛一等奖获得者，兰州市“优秀青年科技奖”获得者，甘肃省医学会手术视频大赛一等奖获得者，三等功获得者。

研究方向：神经性耳聋相关分子机制及其干预的研究，耳鼻咽喉头颈高原医学基础及其临床的研究。
